These drivers are truely faster than anything before, even on a no name brand
VGA card with the ET4000 chip set.
A few notes of warning though:
1) Unless you have 1 meg on the card, do NOT try to use the SVGA resolutions
above 800x600 with 256 colors. Windows will not run!
2) Don't try to use the drivers with 32000 colors unless you have the right
VGA board - Windows won't run.
3) Rather than just copying the SETUP.INF file, you're better of when you
copy the relevant parts (basically the new driver list) over to your old
file. The disk assignment in the INF file was different than on my
existing Windows disks, and everything got messed up.
Just rename the drive indicator from 6 (as supplied) to 8 wherever it is
needed, and copy the files into your \windows\system directory, it will be
no hassle installation.
